• One passport per customer, points are not transferable.
• Passports must be presented at time of purchase to record transactions.
• For every A$1 spent 1 point received.
• Reward Value, $250 spent = 250 points which equals a $20 gift Voucher
• Points are calculated on total spend including GST [after discounts, postage is not calculated]. Includes items purchased using a gift voucher, but excludes redemptions.
• Your personal informaton will not be sold or passed on to any organisation for any purpose without your expressed consent.
• Oasis passports available to direct retail customers only; via mail order or stalls. Re-sellers do not host the Oasis Passport program.
• Oasis members will receive from time to time updates on their points and special offers, by registering for the Oasis program you agree to receive this information via email or post.
• Points accured are solely a unit of measure and not a contractual right, property or currency. Points can not be redeemed for cash.
• In the event of the Oasis Passport program ceasing, all available rewards must be redeemed within 90 days of the program ending or be forfeited.
• Points are adjusted for returns, refunds, exchanges.
• You agree to direct all enquiries regarding points or rewards to Seek Serenity within 30 days of the activity giving rise to your enquiry.
• The terms and conditions form the basis of the Seek Serenity Oasis Program. It is the customer's responsibility to have read and understood them. Seek Serenity has made every effort to ensure the Oasis program is accurate and offered in good faith to all customers.
